Need a quick idea for dinner? Chicken casserole is one of my quick and easy go-to meals. It is so simple and so inexpensive!
What you need:
3-4 cooked chicken breasts (I usually brush mine with olive oil and bake for around 30 minutes @ 400 degrees F)
1 can Cream of Chicken
1 can Cream of Mushroom
1 c. Sour Cream
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 roll Ritz Crackers
What to do:
Mix Cream of Chicken, Cream of Mushroom, and sour cream with chopped, cooked chicken breast. Spread in 9×13 dish. Melt butter and crush Ritz Crackers, mix. Sprinkle crumbs over casserole to create a topping. Bake for 20 minutes @ 425 degrees F.
Need a quick side?
Grab a bundle of asparagus and package of bacon from the grocery store! Wash and wrap 4-6 pieces (depending on how big) with a piece of bacon (I usually cut my bacon in half). Mist with olive oil and bake for 10-15 minutes (until tender) @ 400 degrees F.
